The problem they &lt;em&gt;won&#039;t&lt;/em&gt; eliminate is the whole &quot;no portable electronic devices below 10,000&#039; MSL&quot; rule. That&#039;s a fair amount of time between taxiing, climbing to and descending from 10,000&#039; where I can read a paperback while I&#039;m commuting to and from work.</description>
