When you apply for repair service with Xbox Support, they offer a few options to handle getting your 360 to them, but since I do not own a functional printer I chose to have them send the infamous “coffin” same as I did last year. It comes with return shipping already paid so all I have to do is drive down to the UPS store and drop it off. They also keep you updated with UPS tracker report emails, which is nice.
A little bit ago, my WLM notified me of a new UPS tracker update. Status: Delivered. Location: Front door.

Sure enough, I opened the front door and the coffin was sitting up against it.
At least it didn’t say Location: Behind you…
